Turn off all lights and appliance.

Dispose of all waste before leaving. If trash is full, please take to large bin on property. Do not leave in garage.

PLEASE LEAVE CONDIMENTS:

Please leave condiments in refridgerator or cabinet.

CLOSE ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS:

Secure all sliders, doors and windows before leaving.

AC HANDLING:

Please turn all thermostats to 75 before leaving.

HANDLE USED LINENS AND TOWELS:

Please remove all blankets and sheets and pile on the bed. Please place towels in washer and start the load of laundry.

KEYS FOR PROPERTY:

Please leave all keys: pool key, garage door key etc on the entryway table.

FINAL CLEANUP:

Make sure all the spaces are clean and tidy.

LOCK ALL DOORS::

Please make sure front and back doors is locked and key is back in the lock box.
